Solar Wind Farm originated in 1975 as an Arabian Horse breeding farm. However, a chance meeting with some miniature horses in 1990 changed our direction to breeding these delightful equines. Our many years of experience in breeding champion purebred Arabians and Half Arabian Pintos has provided us with a solid foundation for our miniature horse breeding program. Each horse in our herd was carefully selected for quality, pedigree and type to enable us to produce refined Arabian type miniatures that can excel in both halter and performance. The Solar Wind breeding program places a strong emphasis on the legendary "Boones Little Buckeroo" line to produce quality foal crops.
